My weekend starts early this week...
Thursday lesson with Lucy Thompson (after begging a lift
)
Friday teaching and working mine
Saturday depends entirely on little lorry, if its better then dashing off to Houghton for the GP with Blaze, then dashing home again chucking ponies out and driving up to Keysoe to help you
If lorry is still dead then will come up saturday morning instead

Sat - driving up to Floors Castle to meet Joss and her OH for a BBQ then tenting it.
Sun - Floors IN
Mon - ODE with new horse which by then I will have owned for exactly a fortnight and has NEVER been to a competition

Wish me huge luck and superglue for Mon (it jumped me off XC schooling last night
) and sun, sun and more sun for Sat night in the tent

Saturday - XC Schooling am then moving more electric fencing that I want to think about
Sunday - Painting Joes new stable (assuming old occupent moved!) and if weather ok, using rest of paint on barn wall at home and if I am really enthusiastic, finishing painting repaired SJ's
Monday - housework and gardening (weather permitting)

My weekend starts tomorrow with Dressage N27 and N28 at a venue that is new for me!!!
Then I have a busy non horsey day Fri and I am working Sat and Sun.
I then have a dressage lesson planned for Monday

Well I'm supposed to be going to Glandoran EI, which will be our first event this year as the last two were cancelled but I will be very surprised if it actually goes ahead as there has been a huge amount of rain over the last few days and it gets wet there at the best of times so I'll just have to wait and see. If it's off I'll go showjumping instead!

On Sunday I'm taking the new ride to our first BD! Argh, I'm hoping I don't disgrace him.... Never before have I been nervous about dressage!!! (well not for a really long time anyway!)
Other than that some gentle work with my boy, he's just been shod and want to make sure he's happy again before doing too much.

OMG everyone's sooooo busy, but mainly I am jealous of vik100 in Monte Carlo, sounds like a fab weekend.
Mine however is filled with first- or second-timers:
Thursday: Jupiter doing his first BYEH at Houghton, Uncle Hector going along to nanny him and also do the 3 star combined training.
Friday: work (yawn, but will think of the bills that need paying
).
Saturday: teaching and might take HH and Hec to Baston show for BSJA.
Sunday: Jupiter's second BYEH at Hambleton Show -I thought two in quick succession might shut the little beggar up
- and Arthur (the ginger CB) doing his first working hunter.
Monday: sleeping and working so that I can sneak off on....
Tuesday: to Shelford for Marty's second PN, I mean BE100.
Have a great weekend everybody.

Bit of a bumper one this weekend, starts at 2pm Friday, Kelly Marks demo with neddy being used for loading problems...til 10.30pm....friday night.

lesson on friday (now having twice a week) Hilary Vernon is comming out to sell me a new Barnsby saddle LOL, s.jumping & x-country clinic with a friend on saturday then on sunday going to watch a O.D.E with a Amy_08 then Monday going to T-down with Amy_08 friends
