We are very excited :). We have a lesson with our dressage trainer tomorrow - first time in 3 months as she had a yard move/was busy/we were focusing on jumping - can't wait because she is also a good friend . . . and then we are taking KaliPops out to Crofton Manor to do the arena hunter trials and actually road test all the jump training we've been doing over the winter so far. Both excited and apprehensive . . . will report on Monday (perhaps with pictures).

How about you?

Best of luck to all those out and about . . .

sounds nice and busy!! good look at Crofton! :) I'm not competing this weekend, but my last uni exam is today, so tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday will consist of at least one sleep in, lots of chill out time, a couple of nice hacks, and a gridwork session with Socks on Saturday! :)

Fri - Abbie has vet coming to check soundness. She has navicular so seeing if she can come back into work - fingers crossed she is back eventing!

Sat - Java is supposed to be at Trailblazers Workinh Hunter Quals but weather is not looking great!

Got a lesson with Nick on Sunday. Not jumped since beginning of December so will be interesting to see if my brave pants are fully pulled up or falling down.
Sat, we were going to watch the side saddle hunt race, Diana's of the chase but it's been postponed due to the ground, hardly surprising though.

Good luck to everyone out and about.

Saturday I will mainly be trying to avoid the hunt. Might prove difficult as the meet is at the yard.
Sunday - probably trying to calm the girl down after saturday.

Finishing Carriage maintenance is no. 1 job! Then just taking them all out for a spin around the roads, and FC is going back in the carriage after about 8 months not driving :)

Hiring a local school tomorrow to do a bit of schooling.
Hacking with a friend on Saturday.
First comp of the year on Sunday (surprisingly excited about it!)

Hack or school Saturday and unaff sj Sunday unless it's peeing down as the venue's school gets a bit boggy. Still not doing much with the ponies as winter blues are firmly entrenched.

Good luck to all out playing!

I was planning a hack tomorrow and a dressage competitions on sunday. Due to forecast not going to dressage :( just hope I can squeeze couple of rides in at some point!! Good luck to all out and about!

No competitions this weekend, but another Dan Joceyln lesson tomorrow (3 weeks in a row - hopefully some of the instructions will be sinking in by now!). Hopefully can put it all into practice next weekend when I'm off to BCA to jump.
