Weekend plans?

Good luck to all competing! Will someone do a Dan Jocelyn lesson report? Interested in how he teaches

My plans are the same as every weekend....make the trek to Cambs to visit the poorly orange one Once a week is not enough of a Buzz fix. But may get to have a sit on one of Puppy's lovely ponies, so looking forward to that.

Going on a hunt ride tomorrow (side saddle, I think - will wear turquoise tweed habit!) and then doing a mock hunt at Warren Barn Farm on Sunday if weather plays ball.

Next week, we start prepping for first dressage comp of the season - eeep!

Hope he is doing well, H. Why not raid the herb section of your local supermarket? Polli always went crazy for whatever herbs I could present him with when he was on box rest.

Yup, with Lex and Squizz. Can't believe been a year since my last lesson with him!

sounds like great fun, friend of mine has SJ and XC lessons with Dan and also flat lessons with Tanya, really rates both of them . have fun

No competitions this weekend, but another Dan Joceyln lesson tomorrow (3 weeks in a row - hopefully some of the instructions will be sinking in by now!). Hopefully can put it all into practice next weekend when I'm off to BCA to jump.

No competing for me this weekend, Saturday, beating on our last shoot day of the season, then our traditional shoot dinner in the evening ( could be messy ) Sunday my DD is taking my horse to pony club SJ training session !!!

I tried that last week with some fresh mint....he turned his nose up, the ungrateful thing. But then he is out on lush grass for 8 hours a day so I don't think he's worried about getting enough food

Very excited, am taking my 4yo to her first little dressage competition first time I've been competing in 5 months!

And Sunday I'm cleaning Squirrel's tack as he has his rescan on Monday and then all being well, he will be coming back into work! Yay!

Shopping. I managed the selling, now I need to find another one. Starts with trying a nice but unsuitable youngster this weekend for size / type then who knows.
