Weekend plans.

I'm like that too carefreegirl. Its doggy weekend so tomorrow I am off to our first Kc agility show to see how we get on its quite exciting. Sunday I have volunteered to*dressage write at keysoe for there big show. Im writing for the Psg I hope I can keep up lol!!

Off to Oldencraig to do some UA stressage tomorrow morning, Sunday he'll get a day off and I'll do some yard tidying . . . Monday we have a lesson with our dressage trainer to post mortem both tests.

Good luck to all those out and about.

P

I had planned to take my mare to some RC dressage on Sunday, but she pulled a shoe yesterday (grrrr) so waiting to see if the Farrier gets back to me or not.

Little wave to Loopiesteff and Bob who I believe we met last weekend at Ely.

I'm in Uni so getting the train and then cycling up to the David Broome Centre to watch the arena hunter trials to get my horsey fix! Hope you all have fun with yours, I'm missing mine like crazy

Saturday - scrubbing horse, tack and lorry and getting everything we possibly can ready for another mega early start Sunday.

Sunday - Swalcliffe BE100 :) After last Friday at Aston delivering an unexpected frilly, only made possible by the mares love of mud, we are hoping for a much better dressage and another DC but with realistic expectations of the likelihood of another frilly ;)

It's a stress free weekend for me. Got a call yesterday saying my saddle had arrived in stock so I will be picking that up tomorrow. The rest of the weekend is general yard duties with some hacking thrown in hopefully. :D

I've got a lesson later. Working tonight.
Finish work 9 am tomorrow. Absolutely mobbed out with various house & stable building stuff all weekend & trying to squeeze in riding.
Work all night Sunday night (I think I'll need the rest lol :D )

I'm hoping the weather will be nice as I want to do some spring cleaning (ie sorting out rugs, washing brushes, boots etc) and gutting my geldings stable. Also have some poo picking and school raking to do.

Then if I have time, I might actually get to ride!

Busy Saturday for me, up at 1am tomorrow to sort out all the horses, to hopefully leave about 3-3.30 for swalcliffe, I'm early on in my section and it will take me about 3 hours to get there, never been to swalcliffe before, so hopefully won't get lost

I will be starting to mulch the hedge that we planted all the way around our paddocks last year, to try & stop it drying out. Then possibly hacking on Sun! Haven't been out for *ages*, so 'stay alive' vibes appreciated...!

Have fun, everyone!

T x

I'm having my first lesson with a lady I often dressage write for (yikes!) tomorrow and then on Sunday off to pick up my birthday present from my husband ... a 7.5t horsebox! Yay!!! How much do I love him at the moment!!!!!

Off on our first outing in the new horsetrailer on Saturday!
Just to do a group pole-work session but it's still getting him out and about.

Then we've got a dressage lesson at home with our regular instructor on Sunday.

We do need to get out and about jumping soon, cause we haven't jumped for ages and we both miss it.

Working tonight at the pub (after working 8.30-5 at my full time job, lunged horse in lunchbreak and then back to grab her in from the field and sort out feet after! she's on full livery but I like to see her every night!) then up early for Pilates tomorrow, followed by packing the lorry for sunday's SJ, then a flatwork lesson. Then competing early sunday morning. Should be back by lunchtime so the rest of Sunday will no doubt be spent having an afternoon nap whilst the boyf watches the rugby!

Completely horse-free weekend - that hasn't happened for a looong time. Off to Iceland tomorrow for 4 days with my OH. Just digging out the thermals again..... Really hoping to see the Northern lights but the weather doesn't look too promising.

WOW lucky you hope you get to see the NL

this weekend I am fairly child free, a friend is coming round to jiggle a loan agreement to suit her needs, tomorrow morning I will wake before 7 and go riding and need to sort stuff at the yard, then at 11 meet at friends for 3-4 hr walk minus lame dog, then off to dinner at 7pm at a friends house, sunday up early sort horse, go walking with walking group then shopping, riding, cooking tidying (boo).

fab weekend lined up but would love to spend a little of it with my girls

up at 1am?! lucky if I get sleep by 1 am :p i'm potentially going "arena eventing" tomorrow, the kind that has no dressage (the best kind ;) ) but no idea yet as my dad is ill and my mum hasn't decided if she wants to tow. So if I do go, it will be a last minute rush, hoping the horses haven't rolled and got mud beneath their rugs, and hope nobody notices how mucky my bridles are :D Sunday I've arranged a hack out so that *should* be relaxing

Bsja academy lesson tomorrow. Can't wait. Dees jumping is really coming on :-) she's gone from being a bit backward thinking and green to being really quite keen and her confidence is blooming. So happy with her :-)
Probably just a hack out on both girls Sunday.

im going to spend all weekend watching my big lad in the field!! :D yesterday was his first time out in 6 months i love seeing him soo happy again!! :D i'll jump asbo pony too considering he's not been jumped for over a month and he is xc schooling next weekend in preparation of his first competition the weekend after!!

Easy weekend after the last couple of busy ones, nothing today but will go up to watch my friend on the Phil Spivey clinic at the yard and then tomorrow draghunting with the Cambridge Uni Draghounds. They don't set off until 1pm and they are 20 mins down the road so I am not even going to do any washing/plaiting today, can do it all tomorrow!
