Us eventers seem to do more BSJA then I thought we did!! And im actually starting to like it! SJing isnt my strong point!

Have that head that always sees a XC stride!!! Getting better though!
 
Sat we will take it easy then Sunday we wil do our first ever outdoor SJ at Felbridge - only doing U/A as she has serious confidence issues. Height is not a problem she just needs to get out and about more

It's been a long time since I've been able to post on one of these ... but ...

Me and ponio are getting to go out SJ for the first time in 15 months

Going to Langford farm near Southampton, haven't been before but they apparently have a new 80x40 outdoor surface which sounds fabby.

Prob just go hacking and explore new area around new yard....besides couldnt go if i wanted to as driver (dad) has friends visiting and OH (2nd driver) is working..could take the lorry myself, but dont like 2...

I hope Mattingley runs too, I spose im luckier now as im on the sat so if anything gets cancelled because of the car park it will be Sunday. I really hope it doesnt though as there are lots from here doing the Intro
 
Nothing! Looking forward to a chilled one!
Might try and organise a hack with friends on Sat, then will probably school on Sunday.

Playing with our youngsters on Saturday, hopefully backing Bluey *crosses fingers* and off to Blewbury on Sunday for BN 2nd rounds with Daughter.
 
Mattingly tomorrow for the Novice - I just hope that the ground is not too bad as Bina hates soft ground. On Sunday I'm off to Chilham Park for a hunter trial with Ginny. It will also be useful to see what it's like as they have a BE event there in August.
 
I am dressaging on Saturday - Prelim 1 and Novice 21 - and bouyed up by last weeks attempt at SJ we are going back for another SJ comp on Sunday.

Probably go "trim" some branches in a local wood in the afternoona nd make a water feature a bit more horse friendly. Remove the telegraph poles from teh bottom etc.


Sunday, Im off to a local RC eventer trial in Shalford, essex. Never been before so the course walk will be fun. I do hope its a decent course. i know im only doing 2'3" but having schooled my horse over 2'9" at poplar park and round my local woods 2'3" seems a bit small. But Hey Ho, its all traning. I hope to Affiliate BE next year if i ever get my ass in gear and start on some Dressage.

All in all a fun weekend.
