I was going to go to Brightling too but withdrew because Shad isn't going well enough xc and probably wouldn't have been fit enough anyway.

Rags is off to do PN RF at Stockland Lovell - first time he has been out for a couple of months. Sarnie has got a quiet week-end of schooling and hacking.

Also got a 3 year old by Bandmaster coming to back and ride on for a friend so looks like I'll be busy!
 
I will be hacking Budsie out and prob do a touch of flatwork to keep building him up slowly sat and sun.

Sassy - v excitied first ODE on sunday at Eland Lodge, so preparing with run through of test on saturday then prob feeling quite excited nervous and queezy for rest of weekend until its over!!!!

Went out SJ after work last night getting abit hardcore this competing lark not had anytime 'off' since we got Sassy!! but hey i am happy!!

Saturday - Hack the three girls out and then nip to saddlers for some bits and bob and keep away from the saddles....

Sunday - going to spectate at Eland Lodge

Off to Bluegates on Saturday for Dressgae then hack or jump on sunday. fingers crossed dressage goes well for a change!
 
Sat - going to AUW to do the Intro - just wanting to do all 3 bits in one piece and to enjoy it!
Sat eve - racing back from event to get to a charity ball in the next village - could be drowning sorrows or celebrating - hopefully the latter

Out to friends on Friday night. Saturday grooming at Weston Lawns for trainers and then riding Alfie for the first time in a month in the afternoon. Sunday not doing much other than hopefully riding Alfie again, if he doesn't break my leg on Saturday!!!
 
Got RC Area SJ qualifiers...still waiting to hear if we have quealified for the dressage at Lincoln

as no one seems to be getting back to us (we came 2nd of 19 teams, BRC say 15 or less, one qualify, 16 or more, 2 qualify, but that the paperwork etc from the team holding the qualifiers has to be correct or we don't qualify....it has been a month now and nothing.....)
So I decided to do the London and South East Qualifiers instead, as Lincoln clashes with Blenheim which is v close by and a great day out, and Henley Show which is our local county show and supposed to be OH's mare's WH debut!!
Bloody typical if we end up going to Lincoln for dressage, don't even like dressage that much, grumble grumble grumble....
Anyway, what was I saying? Ah yes, SJ sat, looking at new yard sunday for if we move house in the autumn!

Will try and hack, however horsefly's are just a nightmare at the moment, so poss end up scholling then blasting around the gallops!!!

And Saturday night is mate's b-day so no doubt eating and drinking - just a bit anyway...

Sunday doing Titlington unaffilated arena ODE, on a surface so cheating but at least I know it will be on.
Please please veryone do a sun dance for Beckwithshaw Horse Trials next weekend though.
 
I'm going to the Goring and Dist RC show on sunday to do the ridden PBA class with Axey. Last time we went there he was Supreme Arab In Hand Champion
and I'm hoping we will do as well under saddle

Fence judging at Eland Lodge on Sunday. Try not to have any incidents at my fence as it creates loads of paperwork! What time are you on the XC? I will make sure I am awake and paying attention
