Well was meant to be doing the 4 year old BYEH on Saturday at Knaptoft, but who knows with this weather!!

Saturday I'm off to Holmside Hall for dressage - we are doing Prelim 4 and Novice 20.
Sunday I'm going to Centurian for show-jumping.

Show jumping at Weston Lawns on Sunday if this damn rain can stay away, I'm fed up of hanging around in the rain, it takes alot of the fun out of things doesn't it.

Well I was supposed to be doing the intermediate at Wilton - my first event with Bina since Ede. To be honest as I know that she doesn't like wet or deep going it is probably just as well that it has been cancelled. She will now have to wait until Brockenhurst. I'm glad I got quite a few runs in early in the season. Let's hope for a dry August & a decent second half of the season.
On Sunday may go XC schooling with Ginny as I am planning on running her at Chilham next week. I'm not sure if she is ready yet but I guess there is only one way to find out.

Got a wedding on Sat - I know everyone already is, but pls pray for dry weather!!
Sun recovering and poss out for a hack to survey some more of the flood damage from last week, altho horse is quite wary of it all!!
Good luck to all who are competing and hope everyone stays dry!!

sooooooooo, the girlies are coming over with their neddies, spending the morning backing Lluna, schooling various neds and then we are offf to Bury St Edmunds to look at a new mare for my friend. We will spend the evening drowning our sorrows in wine and g&t and eating the biggest chineses takeaway in the world

Not competing unfortunately - nothing on round here

I've got tomorrow off and it is supposed to be sunny, so hopefully I should be able to give the horses a much needed bath!

As I'm not doing anything special, I'm hoping to have a productive weekend organising stuff (tidying tack room out, cleaning tack, etc) which should be great fun (not). Might get to go horsey shopping though so not all bad!

Im in my riding club team at Hickstead showjumping on Sunday. My pony hated the ground at SoE last week, god knows what he will do this weekend, poor thing!

Anyone know if the BSJA is still on at the Slimbridge Show on saturday or Worcester Lodge, Badminton on Sunday?

However ground so crap may end up at the Blue Cross..... or do nothing!

Busy, Busy, Busy....Should have been at Tetton but forced to make other plans.

Fri night local unaff SJ with ex-racehorse, but on grass and no stud holes so may be giving it a miss if the grass is v wet.

Sat morning blitz house, ride out, clean tack then Port Royal unaff SJ with said racehorse (it needs to go out as much as possible as I need to sell it on pretty sharpish to boost my rather bedraggled bank account) and poss another horse.

Sun morning as per Sat morning then back to Port Royal for the showcross with a Novice eventer. The fences are on the small side, but hey, it's an outing. Plus I'm not quite as bad as my friend who is taking 2 intermediates! If there was some BSJA within 200 miles I would do that instead.

Mon morning leave at 6am to drop a horse at the equine hospital for an op so that I can get back home in time to get to work at 8.30am for a big long rest!!!!!!
