WEG 2014! Anyone else volunteering?

Hi everyone,

I decided to volunteer for WEG late last year, I had my phone interview in January and as of a month ago I finally got told I had a 'volunteer role' available for me, should I want it.

I've been offered an Assistant Photographer for the Eventing out there... I am too excited for words haha.

The question is, is anyone else volunteering or is it just me?!



Also, if anyone wants a lift to Haras Du Pin I am driving in my car all the way from Birmingham... long shot.
 
Sorry, wont attend or watch an event paid for by group VII country and the current abuses they are associated with in endurance.
 
Hi there, I've volunteered too and got a place in the journalists' area (I think...), but I'm still sorting out if it's in Caen for the driving or at the Haras du Pin for the evening. I wanted to work at Caen and buy a ticket for the cross-country in Le Pin but they're all sold out now, so my plan is now to get in by this volunteering job. I'll be able to follow on the big screen hopefully!

Ah brilliant!

Hopefully it's at Haras Du Pin, that's where I'll be based (Well, obviously Caen for the final day of the eventing) and we may be able to bump into each other!
 
Hope you have fun volunteering, we will be there watching the crosscountry and show jumping final and also Freestyle dressage and hopefully having a great time.
