Hi
I'm new to this, so hope i'm doing it right!!
I'm a Equine Management Student, doing a dissertation on Weight estimation in horses and ponies and the accuracy of different methods

I was hoping some people may be willing to spend a couple minutes to fill in Part 1 and 2 of my survey

Please feel free to send me any other comments you may have.
Many Thanks!!

Shame that the OP has not replied to this thread! I just checked the statistics and they haven't been back on here since posting original question!

I'm sorry but I can't post the answers until the end of my study as it may effect the results. Rest assured I will put them on as soon as I can.

Right....here's what you have all been waiting for!
I've put the actual weight and then what % majority answer was and if anyone guessed the right weight. A lot of you were in the right area so I'm very impressed! Once again, Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my surveys!!

Part 1 had one horse at the end, his weight was 593kg on a weighbridge (500-599 was majority response at 56% few guessed 590kg! well done!)

Part 2
Horse 2 was 514kg (500-599 was average response 63%, few specifically guessed 510/520-well done!)

Horse 3 was 726kg (700-799 35%, 600-699 32% couple guesses were 720! well done!)

Horse 4 was 730kg (600-699 59%, actually had a 725 and a 730 guess!! WELL DONE!!)

Horse 5 was 510kg (400-499 70%, one person guessed 510! WELL DONE!)

Thanks. Trouble is I didn't write my answers down. Is there anywhere we can see the questions again?
