Weight - Welsh A

What would be max weight for Welsh section A to carry?

I've seen them ridden by some quite large adults.

My daughter had an 11.1 Welsh section A and I limited her to 7 stones. She was about 18 but was quite chunky so possibly could have carried more but to me that seemed to be enough. I guess it depends on whether you mean a dainty or a chunky section A.

Mine doesnt take more than 7-7 1/2 stone including tack, shes a fine 11.1hh

I'd probably allow my 12hh to carry about 8 1/2 stone if she was fit and the rider rode 'light'.
