Weird Clip!

If Im correct it is done to show how fine the horses head is for showing purposes. basically so you can see how fine they under all that fluff!

Maybe it packed a wobbly and they couldn't clip further back! Very weird - looks to be a minature, maybe they wanted to show off its neck and head and didn't want to end up having to rug it.
