Weird facial lumps

Noticed tonight Sky has got a few little white lumps around one side of her mouth. Pretty sure they haven't always been there. Any ideas what they could be? They're like pimples? YO suggested they could be grass warts?

Does she have pink/white skin there? She could be mildly allergic to something in the field. I have an Appy here who has little pimples on his muzzle but no-one else in that field has them, and his weren't always there.

I don't know to be honest - some of them are on her lips and a few are just above them. Don't know whether it's something I need to get the vet for?

Sounds like they could be warts. Usually it is younger horses who tend to suffer with warts, but my daughters 22 year old pony managed to get them on his lips and chin. They will go away in time.
