I so agree . . . . it was sheeting down when I went to feed mine last night. The WB yearling was shivering and even the NF wasn't very happy. They've got no winter coats yet and were soaked to the skin. I don't have stables and, at the moment, I don't have a rug for her (I didn't really think it would be necessary to have to think about rugging in August!) but with the forecast I think I'm going to have to buy a rug which I don't want to do yet as she's growing like a weed and it will only fit her for probably a matter of weeks

This summer (as last summer) my income has been very very low, all due to the crap weather. Infact, I have already spent more in this month on vets bills than I have earned all summer
