Henry has just behaved immaculately at the Game Fair He sat through the gundog demo with a minimum of fuss - much less than the fully fledged working cocker behind him, wasn't at all bothered by the shots (stupidly I didn't even think there would be shots, but he was great with them), walked well on the lead through crowds and past loads of other dogs, was gentle as anything with all the children who wanted to fuss him, and wore his new Dogs Trust bandanna with pride

We did chicken out of trying the scurry though, we haven't dome many blind retrieves yet and two dummies might have been pushing it Next year though!

And he did get an ice cream, we were standing there eating them (I had one too) and I didn't realise we were being filmed so there may be a video of us on the website at some point

Yey for ice cream and double yey for Henry being such a good boy! Glad you had fun, we definitely need the website link if you guys are to be famous! Most important question though: was the ice cream good and what flavour(s)?! In my strange head, I see Henry as a strawberry boy

It was a 99 flake (minus the flake for Henry of course) and it was the first of the year - uuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

If you google East Anglia Game Fair and go to their site, I guess that is where it will be? I just looked and they had a highlights video from last year so I guess they have to decide if we are a highlight or not

Well I feel a strongly worded email may be written if Henry is NOT chosen as a highlight! Just watched the video from last year - definitely looks like a fun day out

It was really good, there was loads we didn't see but I had spent too much money already and Henry was getting a bit hot and bothered so we called it quits.
