Well furnished?????

Exactly what does this phrase mean?

Star tied up outside her box this afternoon, when this strange woman who I've never met before, walked past us, slapped Star's bum and said 'she's well furnished'.

Star is a 14.2 middleweight trad cob - think black and white dales! She isn't fat, but neither is she skinny. She's just right. So was this woman paying us a compliment OR being rude?

Kalli was underweight so it's not about fat. I take it as 'good amount of bone', 'compact, well propertioned body' 'solid nice horse' - that kind of thing. No spindly little TB.

I would never pass comments like that on a totally strange horse infront of its owner!
