Following my post the other day about what would keep you at a yard I realised that I was staying at my current yard for all the wrong reasons and that for the welfare and enjoyment of my horse there was somewhere that suited us better. Been dreading telling my YO's husband (yo herself is too unwell to see at the moment - one of the things that made me feel so bad about leaving) Today I arrived at yard and noone else here so thought I should probably get it out the way before they hear from someone else. So have just blurted it at him, burst into tears and ran off. Now hiding in stable sobbing into Deano's mane.
It could definitely have gone better. Bah, I'm awful at being a grown up.

At least it's done now. I'm sure that they've had other's leave, they'll get over it.

He just said 'well that's up to you' which is what he always says because I've heard him say it to others.
Feel like such a big baby but yes - at least its done. Maybe I will sleep tonight have two nights lying awake at 4am, stomach churning x
