Well the fieldsafe headcollar works

Only problem is headcollar pinged by another horse and has broken on all three links
and non catchable horse now has no headcollar on ! I feel a very long Saturday coming on.

Hmm that happened to mine as well. Perhaps just a little TOO breakable me thinks. Good luck on catching yours!

I replaced the rubber rings with pieces of leather shoelace. I found that this was a bit tougher than the rubber rings but still breakable if needed.

Where did you get the leather shoelaces, Sounds like a good idea. This isnt the first time this has happened with other horse, but dont want to put ordinary headcollar on as injuries might result.

From my village shop, but that might be a bit far for you! They often have them in shoe shops.

Trip out of town required then, in our town there is not one shoe shop now !
