The old dog I have mentioned before went for amy mother tonight, trying to get in the freezer and bit her and then had a dog fight with the terrier, who was trying to protect mum.
So this being the 2nd incident of the day the vet is coming on his way home to pts.

sounds like a hard decision but she is obviously becoming disorientated and that won't be nice for anyone, hope your mum and other dog weren't hurt too badly x

Nobody hurt badly, but shaken. The deed was done, and it is times like these I am very grateful we have an excellent relationship with our vet.

We had to get a dog put down years ago, he was an adult male but he was just too protective of my mum and I, he was a fabulous dog but it's just to big a risk to take sometimes.
