Moved yards. It was a bit traumatic but YO very good actually. What happened was that new instructor could not get cob off her leg at all.Took her in the lane and she napped badly.I was shocked because she has never done that before.Instructor and I parted company pleasantly.Yard said they had no problems hacking her out even on her own.I actually believe them but I turned to the one person I trust above all else. The Spanish trainer. He has moved yards and the yard is about 1 hours drive away so it probably won't be permanent. It is a dairy farm of some sort converting into a livery yard.Facilities are basic but ok actually.Stables large and airy, a small but useable indoor, a good outdoor and off road hacking.
Spanish trainer sent me a video of cob hacking out very willingly. He is going to do some more schooling with her.Yard is friendly but I am unsure how suitable the grazing will be for her in the long term.I also worry about how we seem to be encouraging Farmers to do almost anything but produce food.
