Was just reading through the wellies poll and was interested in all the replies, but would be interested to know how long you all spend in your wellies?!
I'm a groom at a local riding stables and keep my mare somewhere else so I am in my wellies around 12 hrs a day in the summer, 11 hrs in the winter 5 days a week and then at least 4hrs a day at the weekend.
I'm yet to find a pair of wellies that have lasted longer than 3 months and was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation with any suggestions.
Ariat mudbusters have lasted me less than 2 months (which I am disgusted about due to the price of them!)
Countrywide wellies lasted me about 2 months.
Dunlop steel toe cap ones have lasted the longest at about 3 months.
Hunters I haven't owned but all the part timers at work have them and they only last them a couple of months and most of the girls only work 1 day a week!
I'm fed up of having an expensive welly habit, please can anybody suggest some proper wellies!!!
Thanks x
