Mine are leaking. And tread wore off making slippery. Recommendations for new ones.

Looking for something with really good grip / tread in wet mud. And that my feet won’t sweat in.

Can be short / mid length / long.

Doesn’t have to be insulated as getting warmer.

Aigle parcours - extremely comfy and last well. They’re not cheap but the year before I got my first pair I went through three pairs of cheap to middling price range wellies in one winter so cost per wear for the Aigles is pretty good.

This.

And if you are at all creaky then they are comfortable to stand and walk in for most of the day.
Another suggestion along the same lines are Dunlop Purafort.

I have these - out of stock online at the moment, but worth keeping an eye open for. They are very grippy, and really comfy! I abuse my wellies terribly, and these are holding up very well. They have other styles, which are probably just as good - I just like the zipped ones as my ankles are a bit knackered!

Aldi, partner bought a pair yesterday for my birthday next week. Warm but don't get sweaty and ideal for my over developed right calf as they are stretchy. Gone 6 months in current pair and still going strong.

I use foot spray from savers in them everytime i put them on, and they never get unpleasant.😁

Only getting a second pair in case anything happens to these but no indication of that as yet!

I bought Aigle Parcours and I absolutely hate them. They pull my socks down, they aren't quite long enough, and the straps at the side catch on my long coats.

I had decathlon neoprene lined with no strap adjusters before and much preferred them. Gutted as they were really expensive

put them on eBay if they are reasonably new, they are very popular so should sell, I paid under £160 for mine and they lasted 8 years so £20 a year is cheap, I managed to get some new ones in their sale for £2 more than I paid before , Hope they do me another 8 years… if you hate yours it’s worth trying to get some money back

Definitely not Chameaus. My original pairs (years ago) lasted 4-5 years each. My last 2 pairs haven’t lasted a year, and have been replaced under warranty. They changed factory 😣

Need a new pair. Aigles are just quite clumpy on my skinny calves. Are Ariat any good?

Aigle Parcours are great but the ones with neoprene are warm - get them without (luckily for you, the cheaper version). I love mine. My first pair lasted 9 years and my 'new' ones have just been through their 3rd winter and look like new.
