Go to your local farmers shop and buy bog standard wellies that farmers buy. I got some last year, just plain simple wellies which cost about £40 but they've been great and loads of life left in them.

As already stated....I don't fit in these sorts of boots...... Don't mean to be sharp, but after several comments of "get cheapo dunlops/get 'farmer's green wellys" and my replying that I can't fit in the dratted things or I wouldn't have a problem/have written the initial OP, I'm getting a bit bored of repeating myself.

Could you not get ones with a year guarantee. Sure quite a\ few do this?

Yes I generally do, but after returning wellys after a few months on a regular basis, retailers and manufacturers get a bit shirty xx
