Anyone any experience in terms of attitude please, can they (generally) be easy horses or known to be a bit difficult/sharp etc

I've known a gelding who was very sharp but a mare who was very easy going. Sorry is this isn't very useful - just shows that the mare also has influence. Both were very talented but under 16hh.

I had one, he had a wonderful temperament. When I took him to shows, he'd fall asleep on the lorry, wake up to do his dressage \ sj \ xc and then fall back to sleep again. I'd say he was perky to ride (like an overgrown pony) but not sharp.

the ones I have known of eventing have all been very strong. Nice temperaments though but quite sensitive?

Mine is quite complicated and sharp to ride and quirky when sj ,but the most laid back character temprament-wise.Hes also very quiet to hack out.
