Went to look at pony, :( sad though

I paid £1,300 for a spavined, cushings prone 20 year old 12hh pony years ago. Probably the best pony I ever bought, completely safe & kind, wonderful with the boys and worth every penny. Sellers had people beating their door down for her. We adored her & kept her for years, loaning her to couple of other children, till she was pts at a ripe old age.

We paid £800 for a 21 year old whose feet were in awful condition. Very crumbly and he'd had lami too. My daughter rode him and really clicked with him. He was a 14.1 welsh x and proved to be an absolute star. Daughter loved him and cared for him for 6 wonderful years and he is still sadly missed 10 years on. When he got lami (cushings related) she sold his saddle to pay the vet's bill and got £450 for it, so all told he was very cheap.
