Just after places you have had success in selling your Horseboxes. Particulary your HGV's

We have our 14t with full living and the market seems dead. Only selling as horses will not be using it as much as we thought when we upgraded last year. Its got a clean MOT and had a lot done to it when we first got it, all new tires, full service etc (dad is HGV Mechanic so we know its been done right) it is 25 yrs old but due to those who dirve HGV in the family we couldnt have a newer one due to working timw directive.

It has been up on FB Horse box selling pages, I am just insure on where else to put it.

Central England horseboxes…. Made it very easy for us. Search on here as lots of reviews. Good company to deal with but did take a while to get the money after the lorry was sold. Would use them again though

FB selling pages and lots of friends sharing. I sold it really quickly (in May) unseen! I had a few people left disappointed. It was a big 7.5. I posted a video of external walk around, the living and horse areas with commentary which my daughter did along with full measurements etc which really helped as there were few questions left to be answered.

Facebook.

Unfortunately the market is slow and if it isn't selling, the price will need to come down.
I'm seeing a lot of overpriced lorries that are unsold for months and months.

I bought mine from someone who got in touch after I’d put a wanted ad on one of the 7.5 Facebook groups. The previous owner had taken loads of photos, gave me measurements, payload, service history and it was spotless when I went to view it. She hadn’t advertised it before seeing my post but had been getting ready to sell. Some of the lorries that were up for sale at the time I was looking got snapped up immediately, but there are still several that are hanging around unsold. In general they’re either overpriced, something fairly major (or lots of minor things) is wrong with them and could mean hefty repair bills or they haven’t been that well made in the first place. If yours was made by a reputable company and they’re reasonably close to you I’d try and sell through them - we’ve got three really good independent companies relatively nearby and if I were looking again I’d definitely see if any of them had a previous build in to sell.
