Were does she stand? - horse purchase disasters.

Another route might be to get the vet out to look at / scan the horse - sometimes behaviour can eb attributed to brain tumors - if this is the case, it could be operable, or the horse could be PTS and the insurance claimed on.
 
Also might be a case of kissing spines, hence the broncing fits. Definitely get a vet/back person out to take a look at it and see what is going on physically.
