As title, I'm in the market for a slightly bigger trailer than my old rice europa and have seen both the Wessex and the Ifor within my budget. I've read differing opinions on both, and am wondering if either will be big enough to comfortably unload two 15.1 horses from the front (struggled with the rice). Which is the better of the two?

Have you considered a Bateson Ascot? Im on my second one and wouldnt buy anything else, love it. They're lightweight and although I think they're only meant for 16.2hh I did travel a 17.1hh in it most weekends with no issues. You can easily take two 15.1hh's in it and with a nice front unload (the correct side, not the unsafe Ifor side!). With the Ascot, you also get the front tack locker which is handy and doesnt make it feel less roomy at all (probably more so than the lower Bateson models as there's more room above it). Batesons can be harder to find, but they're well worth it.
