West Midlands/Staffs Junct 11 or 12 M6- does a yard like this exist?

I dont mind if its full livery - 5 or 7 day, or if it is assisted diy but I do want - a large turn out area for my two horses - or maybe in with a third quite gelding, 365 day a year turn out, and able to leave out overnight in the summer. A good size stable min of 12 ft x 12 ft - Access to the yard between 6 am and 9pm - unless out at a late night comp. Somewhere to ride - even a field will do, and access to good quality forage.

Anyone can point me in the right direction.... have done most of the more well know yards, but its the turn out that does not suit mine - well me - ie too many horses in a field or too small a paddock - and I dont even mind paying extra to have mine on there own.

my yard is DIY but can add services on. We have 365 turnout if thats what you want , all individual grazing. seperate summer/winter fields so get rested we have a small indoor too - however we are full currently - if you want YO number to go on waiting list pm me.

I used to do work experience at Ingestre stables x I'm not sure on there turn out now as some ponies went out all the time and the comp horses went out for two hours a day (but think that was by choice!) they have walker, indoor, outdoor, xc jumps etc x quite a posh looking place but dont know costs!! x
