Have just sat down tonight and thought about getting an advance ticket for this event which is this coming weekend.

OK so if you buy a ticket in advance, the price is £13, too late to post it now so they'll e-mail it to you.

OK so far..... but then you notice the little item of a "handling charge" of £1, which means that buying an advance ticket basically only saves you £1!!

This sticks in the craw a bit as far as I'm concerned; if I'm going to the trouble of buying an advance ticket then hey I'd expect a little bit more off than that!!

What does everyone else feel?? Or is it just me being too frugal...... ??

So - the full price is 15 quid, advance ticket is 13 - plus a 1 pound handling charge - wow - their generosity is staggering.

Agree its not the most generous of discounts!
Always bugged me too, when you opt to print your own ticket. My printer ink, my printer paper, my electricity, their handling fee!
