Western Armada - Connemara stallion - still fertile?

This stallion is now 22 years old and I wonder if anyone has used chilled semen from him in he last few years i.e. what is his fertility like?
 
I haven't personally, but he stands locally to me, and my friend has a four year old by him, a beautiful and very talented pony. I also know that two of his yearlings were for sale last year locally, so assume it must be ok, Alex at Craigmancie, is a very nice lady who im sure would be happy to answer any queries!
 
Thanks for that but presumably if they were bred locally they were conceived by natural covering. I wanted to find out how well his chilled semen travels - from people who have actually used it.
