Hi, there are a few to choose from, UK based Free Rein web page If you want a US based magazine try googling Horse & Rider, has good training articles or Western Horseman for more western lifestyle, ranch and the Old West articles. The American magazines have surprisingly low subscription rates.

Western Horseman is a good one (Although as a mule owner I subscribe to Western Mule!
)

Theres also breed specific magazines put out by AQHA usa and uk Appallosa and paint horse associations then riding clubs WES does a mag etc yes the american ones are great one called performance horse is good, some online stuff on www.thewesternshop.com hope this helps
