western riding rodeo weekends??

hello are there any western riders in the south east??? I am in kent and used to ride western as a kid and a teenager, we used to go to the weekend rodeos at towerlands which they seem to have stopped doing. I have been eventing for the last 10 years (am now 24 stopped western when i was 14) and now really want to get back into it! the only thing i can find competition wise is bodium, but are there any others, i will be looking to compete next year now as my mare is not ready yet but would like any info on rodeo weekenders and western competitions in and around the south east, most seems to be up north :-( had such fun at the old towerlands one!!!!

Shame you not up on the East coast, Lincolnshire, my friend it going to be holding an open day in September....shes american, and does all that! I'll be doing the barrel racing! ...on my plodder....hahaha!

I know there seems to be so much up that way! would take us hours to get there though and then it starts getting ridiculously expensive for one weekend I used to LOVE the barrels ! and me and my freind always used to do the rescue race with her pony silver dollar!!! there was a few we used to go to within about 2 hours drive but they all seem to have stopped

Go to the British Rodeo Cowboys Association website rodeocowboys.org.uk they are based in Kent and they Rodeo's you used to go to are these
