Did any one go?
I had a good day, took mare for some jumping, was going to do 1.20 and 1.25 but the classes were HUGE and arrived at 1pm with them still on the newcomers, change of plan in order! So entered 1.15 and 1.20.
Again huge class about 60 odd, and some top SJ's out. She flew round extremely fluently practicing out turns for the eventers grand prix thats coming up, and we won the class! (albeit by about .7 of a second when Geoff Luckett flew round!) Clever mare.
She then pinged around the 1.20 clear and very flamboyantly, if not a little to flamboyant putting in some not TB eventer but more warmblood showjumper like jumps, fastest time in the jump off but didn't feel 100% and had the last fence down, which is very unlike her, I think all her 'pinging' agravated the hamstring pull she did at Burnham Market last week, I could feel the muscle was quite tight and sore after. Physio coming tomorrow. still, a very good and sunny day!

Oh well done. Sounds a very productive afternoon.
Lol well nice to see you managed to put Geoff into 2nd place, not even Tim Stockdale could do that last week.

Fingers x for your mare tomorrow. My horses have the physio too, im hoping for a far more loose winston afterwards....

No not today, class was far to big! there was about 15 in the j/o and although we were quickest most jumped d/c.

It was packed out today! Luckett, Billington etc...
might go next week, not eventing till week after that at Withington, so might go and jump one class, I can't be bothered to wait around all day!

oooh, well done to you both. What a great result. I knew 2 friends went today and not spoke to one yet, but other one called to say that she took her 2 babies for the BN and Dis, and the BN started just before 5pm. She had one in each class and didn`t get home until just after 8pm. It turns into a long day there. I was undecisive about going, but in the end decided not to as it was so hot.
Again, well done.

Well done you. I was there for the Newcomers, wanted to jump Foxhunter, but decided against that long wait! Had 4 faults in Newcomers J/O but had he not would have finished 3rd! Literally hundreds in it. Pony was completely wild so got to have a bit change now!!

I went along, not to compete mind, just went with a friend, left at around 3pm and they were still on the 90cm n the 1.15m!!! Nightmare!!

Well done tho, sounds like you had a great show!!
