Westropp Overreach Boots- Old style straps

Does anyone know where to source the older thin straps at all as i have a good 30 odd petals need straps.

I would be eternally grateful to anyone who can source them for me, or has any going spare which they are willing to let go.

Sorry can't have mine but have you tried eBay & horsey car boots for some battered ones with straps on? Otherwise see if a local saddler can make something?

I replaced the plastic straps that mine came with with narrow leather spur straps. Much easier to find.

Ring Hurst Saddlers in (Moat Street) Wigston, Leicestershire. I'm sure I've seen old Westropp stuff there before, barring that Sandon Saddlery, Herts., may have some. Both tack shops are like Aladdin's dens for obscure stuff like that.

They don't make them anymore. I need a pair of straps too. :-(

I found some clear plastic spur straps in my local tack shop which do the job nicely and only cost a few pounds.
