As the title says, has anyone heard of Westwood horses?

I'm helping my friend trace her horses 'family tree' and his mother is listed as 'Westwood Golden Dino'. I've tried internet searches and came up with saddlebreds, Tenesse Walking Horses and cocker Spaniels

Yep, a whipper-in at our old hunt had a dun called Westwood Maytime, he went to 2* eventing and always flew the big hedges out hunting even though he was vertically challenged! I always remember his hips stuck out though...just his shape!

I don't know where they are or who they are though, sorry.

There was a stallion that stood very near Wrexham (North Wales) that was called Westwood Boy. He was a fair upstanding horse and most of his stock were good performers. I don't know if that's the one you mean. I used to have his stud card but think I threw it out (sacrilage!) but it was a while back!

Just looked on Weatherbys and he was 1974, by Saintly Song x Sunshine Holyday. (she was by Three Wishes x Sunday Out. Hope that helps!

WW Golden Dino isn't on Weatherbys, but she might be on the NTR. Have you rung the SHB, they might help?
