Animalintex, nappies and gaffer tape for pouticing ( I also have a Hoofeeze boot as you can use it for turnout when foot is poulticed for abscess etc)

Hydrogen peroxide
Syringes
Epsom Salts
Vetwrap
Wound Powder

Probably a few more but brain not functioning as lunchtime!

Ah interesting! I should get some nappies, what size do you use?

I have the syringes, but wouldn't know what to do with Epsom Salts TBH!

I have a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide but have never had to use it. Is it just for thrush or can you use it for other things?

I have some Sedalin in mine as my boy is a big baby and won't let me touch anything if he's even a bit hurt. As long as the injury's not too bad and he's not in shock I give him a bit to help me treat him more easily.

big nappies as he has big feet so get the ones for older babies! Syringes are great for flushing things out. Epsom salts I have used to try and draw things out, bites, lumps etc and have only used peroxide for thrush but guess there must be other uses. Also try to keep a few sachets of bute and some Sedalin to hand as they too come in handy.
