What’s the going rental rate for .......

My friend asked me this today what I would be prepared to pay. She is going to see what condition everything is in.

I think it will also depend on, quality of grazing (ie. covered in ragwort?! – don’t know if you can tell in the winter months can you?). Surface condition/size of school, size/condition of stabling, quality of fencing, mains water, electric etc.

I have had a look at the hacking and don’t think it’s all that great, although its down a reasonably quiet lane.

I'm thinking in the region of £300 per month personally, due to the low ammount of grazing for 4 stables. Could be completely out though!

I know that just over in E Sussex 8 acres with stabling located on bridleway with own access and great bridleway network was up for rental last year for £300 a month.
No more than 4 horses though. No school though.

I also saw advertised last week again over in E Sussex (Chailey I think) something like 5 stables and outdoor school but didn't say amount of grazing and was being advertised for £500 per month.

working on 25 per box diy aaround £100 per week. tho do look into who pays elecric/water/rates. this is the commuter belt so might be higher.
