and obv hat
As far as I'm aware it's not compulsory to wear a jacket in the clear round, although obviously if you are using it as a warm up for classes you will have a jacket on anyway.
It's very common where I am to do the clear round in light coloured jods and a sweatshirt, so if you are only planning to do the clear round you could get away without a jacket, shirt etc. Perhaps it's best to give the organiser a quick call just to check.
