What a difference a new/decent saddle makes!!

Since I bought my mare a few months ago I have been saving like mad for a new saddle as her old one was a scabby old synthetic thing that was literally falling apart. Well...I got a new one 2 days ago and have never looked forward to riding so much! I feel so comfy especially in trot that I feel like I want to sit to the trot instead of rise! And feel so much 'safer' in the saddle..no more tipping forwards and feeling wobbly!
And it almost feels like Im riding a different horse

I've got the saddler coming out tomorrow and I'm really worried about getting the right one because I've had bad advice in the past. Hope that I'm as happy as you tomorrow night

oh yes it certainly does i bought a new one a couple of months ago the difference is amazing.

Yes Iv also had a bad experience before..but Im sure you will be fine

Iv never had a lovely leather one before I feel like I could ride for hours!

I would imagine so! She still gives me a sad look when I drag her towards the gate though

Yeah Im loving it! Went out properly today before work and it was sooo comfy! When I saw you the other day I was only testing so today was great

I agree with you

I got a new one just over two weeks ago and it's like riding a different horse. She's light in my hands, the tension through her next and back has gone.
