Some of you may remember that I had to rescue my daughter's horse from a so called sales livery stables. He has been with me just 5 weeks, it just goes to show what food, love and attention does! Pics below of when he came to me and this morning. He is a lovely boy, just wish I could keep him!

He looks loads better! Difficult to see as the pics aren't from the same angle etc, but there is a clear difference - he has more covering on his back and ribs. Well done

He does look to have more weight on him

Has he only just started work again? He looks quite weak muscularly, especially behind the saddle and the croup area.

Do you Pessoa him? Looks like he'd really benefit from it.

He is not being ridden as I just don't have the time, I have two others as well. I know he has a long way to go but so pleased that he is coming on. I sat on him this morn for the 1st time. I just hope that I can find an excellent home for him, he won't be going anywhere otherwise. It seems such a waste for him not to be doing anything.
xx

How disapointing they let him get into such a state, I can see why you were furious. Were all the other horses on the yard in equally bad condition?

He does look loads better but could obviously do with a bit more condition .... he has such a kind eye he really looks as if he deserve a good home.

Good luck.
