Hi, just wondering what you would recommend trailer wise for a 15.1 cob, but must be lightweight - 800kg max
also which sites are good places to be searching for them on?
thanks

We have an old Sinclair which is lovely & roomy, but also light to tow. There are a few still around, often have been overhauled & new floors etc. They can often be found on Ebay.
Otherwise Robinsons trailers are apparently lightweight - although I haven't used one.
Horsemart is another site often with lots of trailers on.

We had a bateson (not sure which make) but it had up to a 15.2s in it. Lovely little trailer we had it 5 years and it was used very often with not one problem with it. Very light and inviting for the horse and extremly light weight to tow (we had an estate car at the time.) The only reason we sold it was because our old horse was too big for it or we would have kept it.

We now have a Cheval Liberte which in my opinion is way better then the ifor williams in so many ways. Also light weight trailers and again very inviting. They are also on pullman springs which makes the journey more comfortable for the horse.
