What a muppet...

flippin lucky that was such soft ground they landed on - looks like poor horse was ok and rider probably just missed being totally crunched - I am sticking to my plan when I occasionally hunt - if its in the way and looks safe etc I jump it but I dont go out of my way to jump anything that I can go around (or that moves !) !
 
Oh my life! That did not look good for the girl at all. Her leg twitches up and then falls - no further movement.
I am pleased that things looked ok for the horse though.

I do hope that the girl was ok following that.
 
Not surprised that happened . The horse had his head up and turned away and rider pulling horse up so mouth open head up right up to last moment.


Poor horse had no chance jumping what he couldn't see or judge .:(

Crumbs...not nice for all.
Do hope the girl is ok, but I suspect a pelvis injury at best looking at that.
Just can't understand WHY they (or anyone for that matter) would choose to jump that.
 
Why would anyone try to jump that? Surely there are better things out there to put your horse over if you want to jump? Hope the girl and the horse were ok, and she learned her lesson.
