Took Alfie to his first party today, he has never been out before, nor plaited, bathed etc etc, and what a star!!! stood nicely to have his plaits in, loaded and travelled like a pro, was on his toes but well behaved at the show - we got our trots well, no explosions planting etc......I really couldn't ask for more, I wouldn't have worried if we wern't placed either - but the handsome little chap picked up 4th in youngstock against some lovely animals and won the best grass kept, I am just so chuffed with him, I can't believe it's not too good to be true!!! He'll make someone a cracking PC pony, Going to back him end of this summer, so I hope he's as chilled about that as he is everything else!!
