Having lost my folder of dressage tests ( no ides how I did that) I thought, never mind, but a download one to learn for Sunday: eek: As soon as my payment went through, I got a message saying there may be a problem, guess what, there was, no blooming test! There was an e-mail link, so wrote to them on that, as know it is only£2.50, but it's MY £2.50 if thet don't supply the goods. I am not a bit pleased. If i dont hear from them by lunch time tomorrow then I shall contact trading standards, them £2.50,s just add up

That must have been very frustrating, to pay £2.50 and only get an e-mail link, especially since there is a matter about time involved too, but hopefully you'll get an explanation, and the dressage test in time.
