Hi Thistle, just been reading everyones comments on your stallion choosing. I have seen all 3 homozygous stallions that have been mentioned in the flesh, and to be honest they all have there plus and minus points. It really does depend on whether you definately want colour or you will take a chance on colour but still get quality. The coloured stallion if any that i would be very tempted to use would be Universums Knock Out, he has a great competition record which speaks for itself, is approved and graded with many stud books and he is a quality horse. i dont like him much.
im sure there are much better coloureds out there for your girl.
buy the very best you can, all the other expenses are the same- you may as well maximise your chances of breeding a foal you actually want!

TBH I'm not keen on this one! Sorry.

Sambertino is homozygous for the black gene, not for colour btw.

I really like Uptons Deli Circus and GB Harlequin.
