Just curious as to what age Hovis is likely to have finished growing / developing?
He's a Clyesdale Cross (not sure crossed with what but possibly ID). He's officially 15.3HH (although getting close to 16HH already) and will be 5 in the summer.

There is no real way of telling. My girl grew two inches between the age of 5 and 7; she also filled out a great deal and became a completely different horse to look at. One of our ponies, on the other hand, had grown to his full height by the age of 4, and didnt really change much beyond that!

Ditto to everyone. Titus grew last year (7) and has filled out this winter. Hes full TB and was a gangly horrible looking thing till about 6 then looked a bit like a horse!!!
Woody on the other hand is rising 4 and looks very mature.

Axel has grown 2 inches since september, and he's 6 this year!

Hope he doesn't grow anymore, I only bought him because he was going to make 15.2 - 15.3, he's now 16.1........and the ironic thing is he was sold because they didn't think he would be big enough.

I used to share a TBXID that was 16hh at 3yrs, and then grew to 18.2hh at 7!!!
Lovely horse though, he just needed rather a lot of food, and two milk crates to get on!
