The other liveries text me at work to tell me my pony's been kicked?
It went like this. 1 under 16 with some experience texts and tells me that while the other was getting her horse mine got kicked.
Then under 16 number 2 texts and tells me. This girl is nice but must have been near a horse twice before some well meaning relative bought her one.
Trying to find out if I needed to leave work early was impossible.
I asked if he was lame. Response, well he's limping. I asked is it bleeding or at a funny angle? Response. No but if was making a very strange noise.
Pony is fine. Hard as nails that one and probably deserved it.
Closer investigation reveals the funny noise to be squealing like a little girl at the mare who was kicking him! I thought they all did this. Mine all do. Wait till she hears the arab growl when it's angry!
So am I a bad mummy for staying at work till I finished on the basis the leg wasn't hanging off?
