TODAY WAS AWESOME!!!
So happy I can't think of what to say so i'll upload some riding pictures first! Fantastic day, weather didn't let us down and Paddy was lovely to ride!







And the surprise?
Well, you may remember I posted some photo's of Violet's tummy asking whether she's pregnant or not? Well today, I took some more shots - 2 weeks from when the last one was taken and her stomach is huge!!! She was wormed 3 months ago and so we were a tad skeptical to whether she was or not. Owner decided a blood test would be the only answer and said we'd call vet after we'd done our chores. Well, I tied Violet up outside and started brushing her and her belly, well, touched her belly and got a huge kick!! :eek: I thought it was Violet so did it again and watched her and got the same kick but no movement from her. I ran inside and got owner who had a feel and also got kicked!!! Turns out, Violet is pregnant!!!

Nice scenery you have. I'm sure those photos of the shetland popped up on my newsfeed this afternoon...
 
In hopeless at this malarkey she doesn't look pregnant to me but I didn't realise my own mare was pregnant until 3 weeks from birth lol !! P.s hacking looks amazinf

We got kicked :o
Unless she has something else growing in her tummy? :eek:
We're still having the vet do a blood test next week so will know for definite but I can't see what else would kick us? :o

I'm sure she is they are good at hiding it :D her belly just doesn't look ready yet so may be a while off before you get a fluff ball :p

No idea when it could be, her teats haven't started filling with milk yet so think we're a while off! But we're 99% sure she's pregnant due to the kicking :p God help us if it's something else :eek:
