What an amazingly helpful lady !!!! Stubben Saddle ....

I recently bought a second hand Stubben saddle but had no idea of the age, so on the off chance I emailed this lady Claire McCune, UK Distributor, Stubben Riding Equipment , www.stubbenuk.co.uk and withiing 24 hours she came back to me with the "birth date" and full details of my saddle. It's 19 years old and fits my TB perfectly .... How great is that ?? !!

They are fab, provided me with the full details of my old Stubben saddle when I wanted to sell it. Turned out to be nearly 30 years old & made in Switzerland!

Good old fashioned customer service, can't beat it

I agree, nowadays people always want something in return, but Claire couldn't have been more helpful. I promised her when I could afford a new one I would definitely come back to her ... now where's my Lottery ticket ??? .......
