What are the symptoms of "choke"

bit like colic, will kick and sweat, look uncomfortable and look like they have an iron girder down their throat that they are trying to chuck up (vomit up). can have food coming back down nostrils! some think they are dying and are very dramatic. phone your vet, get advice and massage throat down to chest and get moving, lunge, loose school etc for ten mins or so. some req seadation and tubing by vet! but do phone vet and get advice/visit!!!! ASAP

head low - depressed then arching thier neck, trying to swallow but can't.
Excess saliva.
Saliva will build up as they can't swallow and will eventually pour out of thier nose and mouth.
Some may show colic like symptoms such as laying down and getting back up again and sweating.
You may be able to feel the blockage in the throat.

if not prone to choke normally and you see any stuff coming out of nostrils then call vet. This is because it can also be a symptom of grass sickness which is a terrible thing and so sooner seen the better.
